
All pricing will be clearly communicated to and approved by the customer prior to the commencement of any services.

If additional repairs or parts are required beyond the originally approved service, the technician will notify the customer and obtain approval before preforming the additional work. Any additional charges must be approved by the customer prior to proceeding

A diagnostic/service call fee may apply for inspection and troubleshooting. This fee covers travel time, technician time, and evaluation of the spa system and is due regardless of weather repairs are performed.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Deschutes Spa Repair LLC accepts cash, check or electronic payment at the time of service.

Parts installed during service may carry manufacture warranty. Labor warranties, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper water chemistry, or damage caused by external factors.

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the spa and equipment area prior to the scheduled service appointment. Additional charges may apply if access is obstructed or requires additional labor
